At Baazaarly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, personal care, or safety reasons.

Products showing signs of misuse, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@baazaarly.store with clear photos and your order number.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.
